We want you to feel confident and happy with every treasure you find here at Painted Sparrow Antiques. Each piece in our shop is unique, with its own history, character, and charm. Because of this, our return policy is a little different than what you may find in larger retail stores.

All Sales Final

• Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antiques, all purchases are considered final.
• Each item is sold “as-is” and any age-related wear or imperfections are part of its story. We do our very best to describe and photograph pieces accurately so you know exactly what to expect.
• If you’d like to see more photos or have specific questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to provide additional information.

If Something Isn’t Right

• In the rare event that an item was significantly misrepresented in its description or photos, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including safe packing and insurance.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned items must arrive in the same condition they were sent to qualify for a refund.
